Different Dimension Polish Review: Part 1

Welcome Owlets to a three day three part post of a review of some amazing polishes by Different Dimension! I was approached to review some polishes and was given 12 to review! Thank you so much!
Now onto the swatchapalooza! :) Warning: picture heavy! Like 2-3 picture for each polish today! :)

First up is Different Dimension Social Suicide.  This is based on the Movie Mean Girls. This glitter is a mix of black and white glitters of different sizes and shapes....no bar glitter! :)

Here is Social Suicide on it's own. As always: (l-r) 4 coats, 3 coats, 2 coats, 1 coat.

Here it is in the sun. So um, if you are looking for a black and white glitter you need this one! This polish applied wonderfully! I had no issues at all and just look at it! Wowza! :)

Here it is in a skittle (one coat)! (l-r) Essence Romeo, OPI Funky Dunkey, Leighton Denny Berry Nice, and China Glaze Westside Warrior. Oh my goodness Social Suicide is great over any color! But I think I am totally loving it over Essence Romeo and Leighton Denny Berry Nice.

Next we have Different Dimension Space Camp. This is a slight silver jelly base with lots of silver holo glitter and silver holo hexes.

Here is Space Camp on it's own. As always: (l-r) 4 coats, 3 coats, 2 coats, 1 coat. You all know I love a good sparkle right? Well, Space Camp has that without disappointment. Ready?

Bam! Full on sun! Glorious! This is such a stunning polish, I was blown away by it. And guess what? Super easy to apply! Woot woot!

Here it is in the skittle (one coat)! (l-r) Essence Romeo, OPI Funky Dunkey, Leighton Denny Berry Nice, and China Glaze Westside Warrior. (Yep, I used the same base colors on all these polishes today!) And it looks fabulous over all the colors!

Now we have Different Dimension 50 Shades. I think it's safe to say we all know what it was inspired by ;) This is a grey jelly with "black & white shreds, gunmetal & matte grey hex glitter, superfine grey flakies, black hex, holographic silver squares, as well as black, sparkling white, holographic silver ultrafine glitter and holographic grey glitter!" Wow! Phew! That's a lot of glitter! :)

Here is 50 Shades in the shade! Haha! :) As always: (l-r) 4 coats, 3 coats, 2 coats, 1 coat.

Full sun. Here you can really see the grey of the jelly base. Again, another lovely polish to apply. Some of the larger glitters didn't apply as much as others but with more coats you couldn't tell!

Here's the skittle once more (one coat). (l-r) Essence Romeo, OPI Funky Dunkey, Leighton Denny Berry Nice, and China Glaze Westside Warrior. The grey jelly base to tinge the base color ever so slightly but not too bad that you couldn't wear it over a bright base color! But I am loving it over Essence Romeo!

Final polish today is Different Dimension Roswell. This is a stunning blue/green duochrome that isn't camera shy.

Just check out the duochrome-iness! And in the shade! :) As always: (l-r) 4 coats, 3 coats, 2 coats, 1 coat.

Full sun. And lovely prettiness! As you can see one coat still has visible nail line. Two coats a tad bit of visible nail line but that depends on how much you gloop onto the brush! I had no issues with this polish either.

My favorite from today? So hard to choose! But probably Space Camp......it's so sparkly! :)

Thank you Different Dimension for these amazing polishes! Stay tune for tomorrow and part 2 of the swatchapalooza!

  3. I love them all, think I may have to pick up Space Camp! Recently I got 2 polishes from Different Dimension, to The Moon and Back and Sparkles Like Edward. They are both great colors, and I love her Mean Girls themed names too.
