Monkey See Monkey Do Mondays: Eek! Faces
Monkey See Monkey Do Mondays are where we re-create manis from different blogs or pictures we have "pinned" on Pinterest, and link back to the original blogger!
This week I decided to copy Emma's mani over at Manicurity: Eek! Faces. I thought these were so stinkin' cute! I used Nicole by OPI Wild Blue Yonder - Matte as my base. This is a lovely matte that almost has a suede like finish. I used Wet n' Wild Black Creme and Color Club French tip for the faces.
These little faces are so fun and easy! I want to do them again during Halloween! :)
Here is a photo of Emma's man from Manicurity. (click the title or the picture to be sent to her blog and post).

Monkey See Monkey Do Monday: Poptart Nails
Monkey See Monkey Do Mondays are where we re-create manis from different blogs or pictures we have "pinned" on Pinterest, and link back to the original blogger!
This week I thought I would kill three birds with one stone. Use two untrieds and do a technique I have never done! I give you Poptart Nails! My inspiration is from Adventures in Acetone.
This photo is from Adventures in Acetone (click the blog name or the image above to be sent to her blog). She has such an amazing blog with wonderful nail art! Go on and check it out!
Now, Poptart Nails are a jelly sandwich (or sammich). I have never done this technique before. And in fact I specifically bought Essie Marshmallow to recreate this months ago but hadn't it done it yet! So the polishes I used are: Essie Marshmallow and NOPI Rainbow in the S-Kylie. My picture way above also has Seche Vite as it's top coat.
This was super easy and I love how it turned out! I think I need more jellys in my life! :)

Nail Mail from Katt!
I got some more nail mail yesterday! This time from Katt over at Kattatonic Fierceology. I love it! Look at all those Kleancolor Metallics! Yippee! :) She got me Metallic White, Metallic Yellow, Metallic Mango, Metallic Green, Metallic Aqua, Metallic Sapphire, and Metallic Purple. She also got me Kleancolor Chunky Holo Fuchsia, CQ Golden Green, and Nicole by OPI in Rainbow in the S-Kylie! Plus some candies (some already eaten) and a note with Hello Kitty on it (I love HK!)
I am so excited for all of these! Thank you Katt so much! And that CQ Golden Olive, one of my most favorite colors! :) Can't wait to try stamping with all of these Kleancolors! But I've heard that they stink really bad, so I opened one and smelled it........phew! They are awful! :) But if they work, then who cares if they stink! :)
