Love Yourself Mani: Zoinks Jelly Sandwich!

So, on last Friday I hinted about a mani coming up. Well here it is! This is my Red Carpet Lacquer Zoinks Jelly Sandwich, matted! Love it!

So let me remind you, this is what it looked like before. Base polish is OPI Did You 'Ear About Van Gogh with Red Carpet Lacquer Zoinks!

This is with OPI Samoan Sand over it.

Another shot of OPI Samoan Sand. This is such a perfect neutral jelly!

And then I matte it using China Glaze Matte Magic. And I love how it turned out! So fun! Jelly Sandwiches are so fun and versatile with all the amazing glitters and jellies to be had! :)

Love Yourself Mani: H&M Bambi On Ice

Talk about glitter that doesn't like to be photographed! :) Too shiny! Hahaha! But I love it! This is a Love Yourself Mani and I love this simple french tip mani with glitter accent nail! :)

I used this stinkin' adorable H&M Bambi polish On Ice, that I had someone get me a while back. I repeat, stinkin' cute! I so bought it for the bottle! But the polish is really nice too! Went one wonderfully! This is only one coat and look how opaque it is! Woot woot! It's like a cement color with a tinge of blue/green.

This picture is more true to life in color. Don't you just love the bottle!

I used Essence No More Drama for my tips and Sation Band Beauty for the accent nail.

Macro bottle shot of Sation Band Beauty. Such pretty glitters! :)

Love Yourself Mani: Essence No More Drama and Barry M Foil Effects

So I decided to do a simple palette cleansing mani! :) I choose Essence No More Drama as my base and stamped with Barry M Foil Effects in Silver using Bundle Monster BM 314 plate. I love how it turned out! Simple and beautiful! :)

Here is Essence No More Drama. See that clearance orange there on the bottle? I got this polish for 49 cents! Best 49 cents ever spent! This polish is a dream! Applies evenly and smoothly.

Here it is again in direct sun. Such a gorgeous shade of light purple!

Another angle of the stamped and finished mani. I love how the Barry M Foil Effects seems to glow! Love!

Love Yourself Mani: For the Love of Owls!

Today's mani, is purely for me! :) I have been waiting to do this mani since Bundle Monster showed this plate as a sneek peek! I used Essence Romeo for my base. I really love this grey. Great coverage in one coat! Then I used BM-309 (the owl plate!) using Konad black (stains like a mother!) and KleanColor Metallic Fuschia. I LOVE this mani! And what better way to break in a new set of plates then to use one featuring your favorite animal! Win! :)

Flipped this image so that you can see it. Isn't it spectacular!? :)

Here is Bundle Monster's picture of the plate I used. Click on the image to be sent to their site to order the newest set of plates! You won't be sorry. You can also get them on Amazon.

I know, I know, you've seen me swatch this polish a bazillion times. But I love this polish and it works great as a base for stamping and for glitters! This is Essence Romeo, part of the Nail Art Twins.

Love Yourself Mani: Diamond Cosmetics' Matte Smoke

I am blown away by this polish. It is simply stunning. This is two coats of Diamond Cosmetics' Matte Smoke. Um, wow! Look at that! I thought about added something else to it but didn't want to spoil the canvas. It really is a smokey color too!

This polish applied very nicely for a matte, it wasn't too thick and gloopy.

Here's a shot more in the shade. Please forgive my pinkie nail as I am finding that it is curved!? When did this happen? Actually it's always there I think this polish just makes it a bit more noticeable. :)

I bought this polish straight from Diamond Cosmetics.

Love Yourself Mani: Nails Inc Little Miss Chatterbox

I decided to try two untireds and combine them together! This is Nails Inc Little Miss Chatterbox and New York Color Starry Silver Glitter. I sponged the glitter on the tips. I love how this turned out. So simple yet striking!

This Nails Inc Little Miss Chatterbox is one of the many pretties that I got from in the Epic Royal Nail Mail from The Crumpet. This polish is amazing! The formula is perfect! This is two coats of a gorgeous chocolate milk colored polish.

Here it is one it's own. Look at that! Isn't it a lovely chocolate milk color!? Wow. This also has a coat of Seche Vite over it.

Macro bottle shot of NYC Starry Silver Glitter. This polish is beautiful. It has micro silver glitter with medium sized hex glitter of blue and lilac. It reminds me a lot of China Glaze Loreleis Tiara (which I don't own) but with the added color of glitter.

Love Yourself Mani: Barielle U-Concrete-Me and Catrice Million Styles

So today I wanted to use a few of my untrieds. And sadly my pictures didn't work out so nice. :( But I will post them anyways because even though they are crisp pictures and I wasn't able to catch all the subtleness of the polishes, it still is pretty! :)

First I started out with Barielle U-Concrete-Me that I got from my April swap with Yvonne. This might possibly be my new favorite grey! It's a perfect grey creme with no purple undertones! And it went on fabulously! This is two coats.

I then added Catrice Million Styles Holo Que Tal?! that I got from Gwen over at SpaceLife Thoughts. This is a wonderful shimmery color top coat of pink to purple! It was very hard to catch it but I love how icy it made my nails look!

But was I finished yet? Nope!

I then added Catrice Million Styles Godfather of Pearl (also from Gwen) which took the iciness to a whole new level! This is another shimmery topcoat of blue to aqua. Sadly no matter how I took the photo I could catch all the colors of these wonderful polishes! :(

But was I finished yet? Nope!

Accent nail! I decided to try some more rub-ons from American Crafts. Some cute little flowers in my icy landscape! Now this mani didn't turn out how I thought it would, but I still loved it! And in real life the pinks and blues of the Catrice polishes shine through it all and are gorgeous!

A shot of the flower rub-on by American Crafts on my thumb! I thought it was cute! :)

Love Yourself Mani: OPI Lincoln Park After Dark Suede

So yesterday I showed you the mani that started my obsession with the polish OPI Lincoln Park After Dark Matte. Well this is OPI Lincoln Park After Dark Suede! Two coats of this gorgeous silvery purple! Such a difference from the black purple of the matte version. This polish applied like a normal suede, you had to be quick and not go over what you applied until it was completely dry (which is fast!).

Here is a close up of the polish. Isn't it purdy! It wore well too! I wore it for 2 days (one day being a day where I unload the truck at work, which usually wrecks my nails) and had normal tip wear! I was shocked! I really didn't want to take it off. I think this is one of my new favorites!

Have you tried any of the suedes? I just love the finish!

Love Yourself Mani: Dirty Dots

So I've been seeing a lot of dot manicures lately on pinterest. So I thought I would attempt my own! I got my inspiration from this amazing mani at A Girl and Her Polish, she title the post: These Dots are Freakin' Amazing! And it is so true so go check her blog out!

For my mani I used Catrice Dirty Berry. This is a lovely purple polish with a slight holo. Gorgeous! I did two coats, I could have just done one but I wanted full opacity. I got this polish from Jewli at Fanning the Fumes in our awesome swap!

I used my dotting tools and OPI Funky Dunkey (darkest), OPI Planks a Lot (medium almost invisible purple dots), and Catrice Sing: Hey Dirty-Lilah (lightest color, also from the swap with Jewli).

Here is a picture of Dirty Berry on it's own, two coats and a coat of Seche Vite, trying to show of it's holo. Gorgeous color huh!

And another shot of it! :)

Love Yourself Mani!

I got these Twins from Steffi at Me, Myself and Nail Polish for the PAA Valentines Swap (I posted the full gift here) This is Romeo from Essence Nail Art Twins (one coat). He is a gorgeous grey with a bit of a purple tinge. Application was wonderful! And look how shiny he is! This does not have a top coat on and you can see reflections!

Add a little Julia to the picture, one coat. Square glitter and small circle glitter with micro glitter! Yes please! It's the perfect ratio of glitter too. Sorry that they picture looks a bit blurry, I think the glitter and the reflections are throwing off the camera's focus. Huh, polish that can distract a camera is a good thing! :)

I chose to do this as my first Love Your Self Mani! There isn't anything hard about it. But gosh darn it sometimes a girl just needs something sparkly on her hands! I love it a lot and it makes me happy when I look down at my hands, and that is what polish should do! :)

Ugh, this is a bit blurry too. Sorry, new camera and awesome polish just don't play nice! :) But this is with a coat of SV. And thankfully I was able to hide it, but my poor pinky finger as a bad boo boo :( Of course of my left hand!

Do you have any Essence Nail Art twins? What are your favorites? I also have Edward and Bella coming in another swap and I am super excited! :)
